Postdoctoral Position in Soft Matter Physics
A postdoctoral position in the field of experimental soft matter physics and fluid dynamics is open at Aalto University, Helsinki, Finland (Prof. Robin Ras, http://physics.aalto.fi/smw).
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- conduct research on rheology and surface tension effects of magnetic droplets
- work in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment
- assist in the supervision of PhD students
The topic of research is related to our recent publication “Oscillating ferrofluid droplet microrheology of liquid-immersed sessile droplets”

The position is immediately available. Salary is based on the university salary scheme.
